Our tech Bret came out within an hour of us calling and gave us viable options for replacing the hot water heater which was over 20 years old and leaking. In addition, he replaced both cartridges in our bath fixtures and added a water filter to reduce calcium buildup all for under $4K! Bret and his helper were very friendly, knowledgeable and provided information and estimates for additional filtration due to the poor water quality. There was no pressure to buy, but it gave us options to consider in the near future.
