Their customer service and response time is great. The staff was very nice and able to explain everything that was needed for repairs. Andrew did some work repairing the pipes, sink and toilet in one of our bathrooms and he did a very nice job. I was impressed by how clean the work area was after it was all complete everything looked very neat. Great prices on all the work, too.

I noticed Saturday my hot water heater Was leaking and that the replacement date was 2008. I knew what that meant.
Phil was my third call to be completely honest. He returned my call immediately and probably could tell I was upset. He said they could come out same day, but it would be considered an emergency call And that he would have to get a Home Depot heater. He offered for me to wait until Monday morning and walked me through turning everything off, but left me with cold water. Phil didn’t have to do that.
Two extremely respectful guys showed up at 8:15 this morning. They did some measuring and immediately took out my old tank. They ran out to the supplier… read full review
