We have been at ludo for 4 years. We started in the recreation program and now are part of the competition team. I love this studio and the culture. We were drawn to this studio because of their acrobatics which is not commonly offered.
Staff is very friendly and communicates well. I have been seeing a lot of improvement's in my son since he started here.
My husband has a bone spur and I called and they were able to get him in the next day. My husband said they were very nice and accommodating.

Rolling Suds did an amazing job! We had them clean multiple associations we manage around the Chautauqua Lake area, and they completed the jobs quickly while leaving the buildings looking brand new. Their pricing is also very reasonable. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Beyond 5 star service. I have been going to Dr. Murphy for years now due to back pain resulting from regularly competing in ultras (50k to 100 milers) and has been a tremendous help. Highly recommend his services for patients of all backgrounds (physically and non-physically fit backgrounds).

He also mentioned he has clippers that are more sensitive to kids with autism which I thought was cool and a good piece of information for parents to know when seeking out a barber.

Hope made this experience wonderful. I had my lips blushed because I am a a lipstick snob. I applied it all day long. Well, not anymore. After 2 sessions of blushing my lips look beautiful. Hope was very professional and answered my questions all the way thru the process. (Even the weeks in between sessions ). I would highly recommend her doing this procedure to anyone who wants a more natural look without all the fuss.

Completely botched what should have been a fairly basic piece of ink work on a close friend of mine, on top of it getting a nasty infection. Probably had something to do with them working out of an uncovered tent outdoors in a parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, even if they were doing any specials for free. Absolutely dangerous amateurs putting clients' health at risk for regrettable ink.

Best ever start to finish home service that I have ever had in my adult life (call it 50 years). Fair price. Notified of a pending manufacturer price increase in advance, which saved me about $800!!! Everyone from the initial estimator to the installers were courteous and helpful.
I'll have to give these guys (Zelic's) a 5 star rating. We had water coming into the basement from under a wall and the floor drain clogged. And a lot of expensive equipment at risk. With their modern-day tools of a camera they could see the clog and how far it was down the pipe. They had a device to locate the pipe and the blockage. They used almost all of their snakes almost 180 feet. They pushed through the huge clog of roots and pushed it all out of the drain pipe. The floor drain was also part of the French drain system that was clogged flooding the basement. It was like a miracle from GOD!! Water and mud gushed out the other end going into a drainage creek behind our house
If i could give this company a 10 star review I would. They have completed work on our house on numerous occasions from minor fixes to installing our mini splits. They have come for emergencies and responded so quickly to us every time. Joe is an absolute rockstar and has helped us on many of these calls. Diana and Jaclyn have always helped us by promptly scheduling and returning our calls quickly. Absolutely recommend!

I had John come out and give me a quote To install French drain inside my basement with sub pump Him and his team did a wonderful job I had bakers waterproofing. Give me a quote before they got sold out and John came in and beat their price by over 10 grand. My basement is completely dry. I would recommend these guys any day of the week. Very professional very polite and I’m pretty sure they clean my basement better than what they found it

Dr. Matt was not only professional, but talked to me about the entire procedure and made me feel at home before starting. I was seen again for another dental emergency and was treated to same day care without any issue. Dr. Alan is one of the best vets I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. He is a wealth of knowledge who is so compassionate and caring about animals and their owners. Monica has been the tech/receptionist that we've seen and her level of care for animals is nothing I've ever seen before. We have had our cat here for a flea bite allergy. We got her checked out and they explained what's happening and how we can treat Macy. I took her back today and they were celebrating how well she's responding to the meds. I've never had a vet or a vet tech be so celebratory for an animal like that. The whole time our cat was being seen, Monica was petting her and reassuring her. Both of them spoke to Macy like they were her owners. That is an amazing level of care and I greatly appreciate it.

The only thing that isn’t so great is that it’s very difficult to schedule regularly. You can no longer purchase gift certificates either. I’m not sure if it’s due to less staff, but I really hope this changes in the near future.
