In August 2022, my husband and I contacted Ben O'Linchy Construction Services, to get some ideas on covering our large upper deck. Being an open deck, we never used it because the weather was too hot and sunny. Plus, we were tired of staining the old wooden deck every other year, which was built in 1991. Ben is super easy to talk to and answered all our questions and explained the details of the project. We are extremely happy and enjoying the new deck. We’re very pleased with the work done by O’Linchy’s to remodel our very outdated powder room!! The guys showed up every day, worked hard, and were very kind and responsive to our curious 3 year old son. Ben and his team were always available to answer our questions and we look forward to working with them on future projects!
