I had my tragus pierced and needed the earring switched out. I went somewhere different to get it pierced and the last who pierced it, wanted to charge me $20 to change my earring. I went to Impressions and the lady was super nice. When I asked how much I owed, she said nothing. I tipped her anyways for helping me and being so gentle with my ear. Thanks! You are awesome!
