Today I had Caldwell out to install my new water heater. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. This is the third time I used Caldwell HVAC, and the are the only ones I trust to do my HVAC work.
I moved into my first home in 2016, and had Caldwell install a new furnace and heat pump. I had 0 knowledge on hvac maintenance. Throughout the last decade however, I have had the best experience with this company. Every issue I’ve had, they show up promptly, they are thorough- and the best part? They CARE! They take the time to explain things and help you understand how your systems run. They do not look at their customers like endless cash bags- they see people, they see families. I called Jeremy around 10pm on a cold winter Sunday night, and he came right away. Would absolutely recommend for emergency repairs. We will be using him for all of our heating and cooling needs going forward.
