“I'm not sure how I fell through the cracks or if my job was small enough to not warrant any proactive communication or what... got a quote late 2022 to have my driveway widened for more parking and tied into my existing pad. Signed the quote early this year and George came out to get final measurements in March. I was told verbally at the time that they'd likely have me done by the end of April which I was ecstatic about. Everything tracked as about a week later the 311 crew came out and marked all of my electric and water lines. I waited until June and reached out (multiple times) to George to be told they'd be hitting Cranberry soon for a bunch of jobs. I waited again until September to reach out again last week to George and then to their contact form, and no one has returned my message. I've been cutting around the flags in my yard all year. I've been patient. But this isn't the way to treat a customer.“
