“We used Superior to seal our driveway last year and were very pleased with the quality of the work and the price. Later, we noticed a few areas that needed some attention. When we contacted Superior, they responded promptly, sent a representative to inspect the driveway, and followed up by having their team correct the issues.
What impressed us most was how they stood behind their work. They could have easily dismissed our concerns or said the problem wasn’t their responsibility, but instead they were responsive, professional, and accountable. That kind of customer service means a lot. We will absolutely use Superior again and would gladly recommend them to others.”
