The owner was great and was able to come to my home very soon after. He and his tech got right to work and had the problem with my burner box cleaned out. I never thought I would be able to get the heat back running so quickly. Thank you so much Oakeys for such a quick response time and a reasonable price to fix my furnace. He was great very thorough he explaind things to us even if we did not understand some information. when he was working on the job he communicated the findings with other technicians and then he also submitted the findings to dave and he would give input. S o if you have donahue's you have a team helping you not just one technician. We cannot say how much we were pleased with T odd and Donahue's will recommend then to anyone with no reservations.

We called and he was out within the hour for an emergency call due to my Mom being on oxygen. He diagnosed the problem and gave her options on cost or repair versus replacing the almost 30 year old unit.
