Even came out on a holiday to diagnose my issue and quickly get it solved. Needed a new air conditioning unit since mine had failed and was at the age to be replaced anyways. Steve and his guys diagnosed, ordered the new unit and installed within two days so I wasn’t left without ac in my house during the hottest two days of the year this far. “We contacted Keystone Refrigeration after a positive referral we received from our son on work they completed for him at two different residents. Ed and Tony gave us an itemized estimate on replacing both our a/c unit and furnace, which also involved relocating the a/c unit, (equipment/labor/time for completion). Ed explained that they were scheduled out several weeks but could temporarily fix our a/c unit so we would be comfortable in the hot months of July/August, until they could get us on the work schedule, and this was done at their expense (equipment/supplies). They returned on the date they scheduled, completed the work exactly as described at time of estimate, tested new equipment, removed all old equipment, installation very neat, and cleaned up behind themselves. They took the time to educate and ensure both my wife and I was comfortable with the operation of the new equipment. Ed and Tony were very professional, personable, honest and reasonable rates, and a pleasure to do business with! They held to thier estimate even though they had additional unforseen work, plus ensured this was also done to our satisfaction. “They did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. This included shower, sink and toilet. The floor, drywall, painting was completed by my husband.Clean, organized, non-intrusive. This was a half done diy project that was caught up in the midst of cancer treatments and unplanned surgery. They came out last minute and were fantastic. The quote was fair, and the process was seamless. We needed this to go well, and they delivered.But, the whipped cream on the top? Our dogs LOVED them. They were so kind to our old (sometimes nosey) girls. We kept them out of the way, but every morning when they arrived, they acknowledged our puppers with pets and hugs. It really set the tone and allowed them to relax through all the craziness.“
