This company was a life saver when dealing with an unexpected issue with the gas company. The gas company didn’t communicate well (or at all really) but Shirley’s was super responsive and went above and beyond to the get the issue fixed the next day. I will definitely call them again if I have any Heating or AC issues in the future!
Woke up this morning on a very cold spring day, to an even colder house! Our oil furnace would not kick on. We made the call to Shirley's and with in a few hours Bubba greeted us with a smiling face and a helping hand. He provided very honest and thorough work. He got us back up and running and passed along some advice to help us in the future. As first home owners it was nice to come across such an honest company that was so willing to help us out. Thanks again Shirley's, and thanks again Bubba, HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all your HVAC needs.
The entire crew is very professional and personable. The work they do shows they care. They patched drywall holes, the wiring was tied together and kept very neat and straight, the air conditioning unit was placed outside and everything there done professionally. I highly recommend them. I've used other heating/cooling companies in the past and by far Shirley is the best. I also had them install a new oil furnace a few years back and install new ducts & vents. If you are looking for an honest, professional business, then go with Shirley.
