I had a great servicing and installation experience with Mullen from start to finish. I was impressed at how quickly Mullen reached out to me when I contacted them over the weekend regarding a potentially failing (and aging) AC condenser unit.
I met with Scott Johnson the same day. Scott collected details about my existing equipment and evaluating possible options that fit my needs and budget. He was extremely professional and I genuinely felt I was being heard when I brought up some of my questions and concerns. I have been dealing with Mullen's for several years. The latest service was to install a new furnace and just as always, the service was top notch! Neat clean work and if I had any questions the guys were happy to answer them. 5 stars all the way!
