“Came here as a student & did rotations on the overnight hospitalist team and also another rotation in labor and delivery. I enjoyed my experience here compared to Wilkesbarre general hospital. Everyone swears by the deliciousness of the smoothie bar (I personally never got it tho). Beware this is trauma center so the ED can be very chaotic at times with long waits for beds but they get to you eventually based on the severity & level of care needed to make you feel better. The labor and delivery ward here is the really good compared to the others I've been to; it also has a Nicu for babies. (But if I had to choose a place to deliver, Geisinger CMC in Scranton labor and delivery is so much nicer but better suited for moms with uncomplicated pregnancies as they don't have a NICU.) My main downside to coming here was how far away the parking lot was & can be challenging to find a closer spot. But to help they do have shuttles that runs till about 4am & can pick you up and take up to the front of the hospital.“

“I actually called the wrong place and left a message. They were so sweet and called back to let me know that I had called the wrong place and the name of the place they thought I was looking for. They called back again later with the phone number for the other business.
