“Great experience with Anderson Property Services! We had our third floor/loft converted into a livable entertainment space and office. In my opinion, the project was big as it included not only cosmetic work, but also electrical work and some HVAC work. Andy and crew were able to coordinate easily with subcontractors as needed to ensure everything was done properly and efficiently. Shout out specifically to Dave, who was here more days than anybody else, and his strong attention to detail with the trim work. All crew members were extremely friendly and respectable. They made sure not to leave a mess behind and we’re careful when walking through other parts of the house to get in and outside. Looking forward to using the company for other home projects in the future!“

Their bid was highly competitive and I chose Beaver based on excellent reviews and seeming to be a fairly large outfit that good get the job done. And they ended up being the perfect choice.
