My experience with this company was absolutely wonderful. Petrucci was the third company I’ve had to my house to service my furnace. But I’m confident that they will be the last. Everyone I talked to or met with was so nice. They made me feel like they genuinely were glad to help. The work they did on our home was excellent. They were very respectful and left everything so clean when they were done as well. I was really impressed and I promised the man who came out that I would leave a good review because I really do appreciate people who are kind and helpful because the world needs more people like that. Our furnance stopped working early morning and we had a tech out by lunch time. Jeff was quick to diagnose the issue. He was very well spoken and made sure we understood the issue. Our issue is now resolved and we have 2 very happy kids. 100% recommend this company and Jeff, he was wonderful!!
Top notch service! These guys will be at your home on Christmas in a time of need if you're a customer. Well worth every penny. Honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. They will take care of you if you go with them.
