I had a near‑emergency with my bathtub faucet, it wouldn’t shut off, then the stem broke, and suddenly water was pouring out nonstop. My bathroom was minutes away from flooding, I was soaked head to toe, and water was even leaking through the floor into the basement. It was an absolute nightmare.
