“My basement carpet was soaked and smelled strongly of urine. My insurance company sent out Belfor Restoration (Middletown PA) immediately. Trace and Larry tore out the carpet looking for the source. Huge fans were set out to dry the basement. Trace came out 3 days in a row to inspect the progress. This happened over a weekend!! Talk about service! If I had to rate the service from 1 to 5, it would be a 100! I HIGHLY recommend Belfor!!!!!!!“

I contacted Rob, the owner Wednesday evening and he had a crew out early Thursday morning and got the water cleaned up the best they could then put about 16 fans and two industrial dehumidifiers in the basement to dry everything out.
