Found inches of water in my parent’s basement & called Service 1st. They were so quick to respond and did a thorough job with the clean up and dry out. We had the company take care of the drywall repairs, and flooring. This was the first insurance claim we had to file. Great assistance from Service 1st walking us through the steps. I was extremely pleased with the work done recently on an extensive leak in my master bathroom. This company is 1st Class and I would highly recommend them! Ed Kaufman was amazing!! Professional work and excellent attention to detail. Cleaned up everything after each time he was at my house for a several weeks job. My husband and I had discovered a roof leak over our bedroom, we called service 1st to come and give us an estimate which, they worked with our schedule to make sure they came out and gave us an estimate in a very timely manner. We had reached out to multiple other companies who were too busy or never responded. So we obviously went with Service 1st. The job ended up being more that what we had thought, but they did a wonderful job in communicating and helping us through the whole process, of cutting a 4x4' hole in our ceiling, removing the insulation, drying out the beams then putting it all back together.
