Experienced water damage in our finished basement right before the holidays. Reynolds was onsight right away the same day and went to work on vacuuming the water and drying impacted areas. Their quick action minimized the damages. We used Reynolds to manage the repairs (drywall, new flooring, trim...), too and they were great. If you get Tom as your project manager you won't have to worry about a thing. He knows his stuff and advocates hard with insurance to get the job done right. Our basement is back to 100 percent.
