“Robert and Crystal were very professional, very quick and did a great job. My dog had been sick all over the living room carpet. After Robert was done the carpet looks brand new. My only complaint was the price. I was quoted 75 but the charge was 189. Robert was able to get me a discount to 139 but I was quoted 75. So not happy with that. But happy with the service.“

Since they had some internal issues going on during this time, I had to call them to check in and see what they were planning to do. What I didn't appreciate was a person coming into my home without prior notice. They would usually call. However, this particular day I found out that there was a lady in my home.
