We thank the Belfor Property Restoration group as they came in and access the situation, checked out what needed to be done for the hanging gutters and we are well pleased with their work. This company is amazing. After I came home to a foot of water in my finished basement, they came out to my home at 7pm at night and pumped the water out annd set up industrial size dehumidifiers until 2:30am! Then, they returned at 8am the next morning!!! They removed the heavy wet carpet and all the wet materials as well as cut up the wet drywall and trim.
A young man, Trace, came both days and came back again on Sunday to check on the moisture and remove the dehumidifiers by himself. My basement carpet was soaked and smelled strongly of urine. My insurance company sent out Belfor Restoration (Middletown PA) immediately. Trace and Larry tore out the carpet looking for the source. Huge fans were set out to dry the basement. Trace came out 3 days in a row to inspect the progress. This happened over a weekend!! Talk about service! If I had to rate the service from 1 to 5, it would be a 100! I HIGHLY recommend Belfor!!!!!!!
