He was able to replace it immediately. He also gave me information about the stability of my very old system. The service I had from the Stallion team, Nick and Shawn, was thorough and for the first time identified the reason I have so much dust in my apartment. The remedy will not be complicated and my equipment will be cleaned afterward. The support office staff at Stallion, Tammy and Amy, are efficient and very helpful about setting up my service appointments. I appreciate all the alerts by text that identify the team coming to work on my equipment and identify their arrival time.“
