“We had a wonderful experience working with Marvista on a three-bathroom renovation in our 100-year-old Squirrel Hill home. This was a huge undertaking and the biggest project we have done in our home to date. All three bathrooms were in various states of disrepair and required gutting down to the studs. We were nervous going in, but from start to finish, the entire team was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive, and we truly felt taken care of throughout the process.

Our project manager, Verica, deserves special recognition. She did an outstanding job guiding us through what could have been a stressful renovation. She kept us informed, calm, and on schedule every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and it always felt like she was one step ahead, making sure nothing fell through the cracks.

The craftsmanship was equally impressive. The carpenters and tile team did beautiful work with great attention to detail, and the quality really shows in the finished spaces. Our designer, Lindsay, was also fantastic. She oversaw the design of our project and worked closely with us to help narrow down our ideas, and she thoughtfully incorporated our inspiration photos, and translated everything into a design that feels both cohesive and very personal. The final result is a set of bathrooms that are unique, true to the character of our home, and truly “us.”

Our boiler was broken and another company quoted us >$2000 after charging almost $200 for the quote and another $200 as down-payment for the part (which they said would take 2 weeks to come in!). We called these guys for a 'second opinion' and they were able to fix the problem right then with a simple part they already had with them in their truck! While they were there, they also bled-out the radiators and fixed a few other things. All for less then than $300. They were so nice and so excellent and took their time to fix everything we needed. “Rick is AMAZING!!! He knocked out our giant (uphill) backyard in two days with his crew. Our backyard went from being a black-tarped wasteland with a handful of struggling bushes to a beautiful, no hassle, plant paradise. He thoughtfully selected deer resistant plants as well as minimal to no maintenance plants and placed them so they look good now as well as as they mature and also used our existing bushes, moving them as necessary.

He also took care of our small front yard and side yards, and laid fresh mulch down on all of it.

We have been trying to get this project completed for the past three years, each year we would have multiple landscapers come out to give us quotes, only to never hear from them again. To add to everything, this was actually affordable, especially in comparison to other quotes.

His crew was professional and respectful, not only of our property but also our neighbors'.
