I called on a Sunday and by end of day Monday, the crew came out, gave me an assessment of the damage and had all the flooring removed. The guys were very, very nice, professional and always on time and worked really hard. Super happy with the job that was done to my game room. Also, very easy to deal with the receptionist and Bob throughout the entire process. If there were any questions, I was always called back and answers were given.
