Woke up at 5am to my furnace not working. Called their emergency line, and was called back by Jeff himself around 6. I thought the problem had resolved itself because my furnace came back on, but later that day I realized my furnace wasn't properly heating my house. So I called again around noon and they sent someone to my house around 4pm. The tech explained everything to me as he discovered it and it was fixed that day. I'm just amazed at the level of service I got. Very pleased =)

Our technician was wonderful, unfortunately he had to come to my home 3 days in a row due to a certain switchboard that is needed for my furnace. He explained everything very well, was patient and kind. He was able to get the correct equipment. Today the job is complete, my furnace is in good order for Winter.
