Unfortunately, most repair and contracting businesses don't have the incredibly high standards that Sean does.

In my case, he advised that the information and troubleshooting I had done was enough for him to tell that my appliances were a couple decades old. Parts would be too difficult to service, and I should put my money towards new appliances instead of a service call, diagnosis, and possible repair.
