Ace Appliance was assigned to me by my membership with American Home Shield. I was assigned to Ace through my warranty company and was nervous about the reviews. First, you need to communicate with them via email and youll get nuch faster response. I got on their calendar in three days. Joe arrived in his appointment window and diagnosed my issue within five minutes. Unfortunately it was an electrical issue that required an electrician so I can't comment on their workmanship, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went given the other reviews.
