“I always call Mr. Thomas for my needed repairs. The last time I called him, our washer had stopped working. Mr. Thomas said it could be one of two things. He tried the less expensive part first. Unfortunately, we needed the more expensive part, but that did fix the problem. He also cleaned part of the washer at no additional charge because that could have been part of the problem as well.I have asked his advice on whether or not to repair or replace. He has advised both ways. I trust his opinion.I did have to call Mr. Thomas a couple of times to get him.
