Gina was a delight who made it so easy to make an appointment. Wayne came out the next day and offered honest advice about the issue with my oven. Turns out this particular frigidaire is prone to the error code I was getting. While he could have just done a costly repair and then be on his way, he told me that some people who had the repair done experienced the same problem again in 3 months. He recommended a new oven would be a better decision. That type of honesty is refreshing in this day and age. Needless to say, I highly recommend them and they will be my go-to for appliance repair.
I had a dryer that wasn’t producing heat, but still turning on and tumbling. After trying to problem-shoot myself and changing the thermal fuse, I still couldn’t fix it. Wayne fit me into his schedule within two days and immediately saw the issue. He even allowed me to watch and demonstrated what he was doing. He even showed me what to watch for in the future. It was the best service I’ve had in a long time.

I *HIGHLY* recommend Washers and More Appliance Repair! I have had them come out to repair a non-working stove, but they've also replaced a stove for me, and they've also come out to diagnose a problem for my washing machine. Prices were extremely reasonable, every appointment is kept at the time stated, and it is rare to find a repair person this honest and reliable. Seriously, it's so hard knowing who to trust to do an honest diagnosis and repair, but Wayne is an old-fashioned repair person who can work on just about any washer, dryer, stove/oven or refrigerator.
