3910 Saw Mill Run Blvd, Pittsburgh“Sit Means Sit has been a great experience for us. They have helped our Finnegan be less reactive door reactive and be a better walker. The staff was great with him. He was stubborn being 7 years old but has picked up on everything. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for some
help with their furry friends.“

1632 William Flinn Hwy, Glenshaw“We started our dog in daycare as a puppy for socialization. A year and a half later, he continues to go about once a week because he love it so much. He comes home absolutely exhausted which is a huge bonus! The people there are great and really seem to love these dogs. I absolutely recommend The Dog Stop Allison park :)“

10309 Perry Hwy, Wexford“From the minute you walk in you see smiles everywhere. It's easy to see everyone there loves their job. They work together one helping the other not a complaint. Even the staff at the desk showed empathy when describing my need for a visit. I asked to see Dr. Dymun and her right hand girl Jessica. They both have a wonderful sense of humor and can put their client and patient at ease. Together they worked methodically a step at a time until they decided on a plan of action-test-wait for results-another test if needed, etc.Directions were given in understandable terms and questions answered. I was contacted to make sure my dog was improving. I always leave there feeling relieved and know my pet is in good hands.“

207 Mansfield Blvd, Carnegie“My dog (she is an older puppy) has been attending for about 8 weeks because of my extended work hours. I wasn't really sure about the whole idea of daycare at first , but I can watch her and when I have questions, the staff answers them. They know my dog by name and they know the others too.
It was a short term solution, but I think I am going to keep her enrolled through the summer on my office days because she does seem to like it there.“

10273 Perry Hwy, Wexford“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Pups Playhouse. They are hands down the best. You can tell every single person there genuinely cares about the dogs and just loves what they do. I always feel comfortable knowing my dog is there because they’re constantly watching and paying attention to the dogs.
After trying another daycare, I noticed a huge difference in the level of care. It really made me appreciate Pups Playhouse even more. The quality of attention and supervision here is just unmatched.
On top of that, their prices are very reasonable and every staff member I’ve met has been so friendly and positive. I couldn’t recommend them enough.“

560 McNeilly Rd, Pittsburgh“We highly recommend Pawsitive K9! We reached out about our 6 year old golden doodle, Gatsby, who has some reactivity around kids and struggles with resource guarding of certain things. From the start, Bridget explained the game plan of what it would look like to work through these issues. Since she has started working with him we have been amazed by how much he has grown in his impulse control and overall behavior! He is capable of more than we could have imagined with her help. We did the 5 day camp k9 training package and are getting ready to start group classes with other dogs. Communication from Bridge is always clear with his homework, she has definitely tailored the training plan to fit his needs (e.g. bringing in her young son, who is an awesome helper, for our dog to safely work with getting comfortable with kids both at our home and the training facility), and she is responsive when we have questions between training sessions. We feel so comfortable when Gatsby is at training, as we know Bridget and the team are passionate about their work and tuned in to his specific needs. We are exciting to continue our training with Bridget and continue to see our pup grow!“

195 Toms Run Rd, Pittsburgh“Our two beagles had their first stay away from us and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience at canine cabins! The pups were well taken care of and it was great to be able to watch them on social media while we were away and missing them! Thank you all for everything you did for our “kids”!“

2603 Sidney St, Pittsburgh“My partner and I were nervous about my dog’s grooming appointment because we had a horrible experience at a big chain groomer. We were so pleased with how our shih tzu was returned to us! He looked so nice! The facility is clean and the staff are very friendly. Thank you so much to the groomer, Michaela. I recommend this place 100%!“

1377 McLaughlin Run Rd, Pittsburgh“Great owner and doggie care givers. Super friendly and everyone loves the dogs. Spacious, open and very clean facility. Our dog loves going to daycare there and can't wait to get out of the car when we pull in the parking lot. So glad we found this place!“

341 Amabell St, Pittsburgh“I had my 8 month old puppy board and train with Matt. He wasn’t “bad” but needed some obedience and leash training so that we could live the active lifestyle that I have in a more controlled but still fun way. Matt is AWESOME!! He cares about his program dogs, treats them like his own, and truly loves what he does. After a month, my lab came back being able to walk off leash, able to be around people and settle on his own, and responsive to the commands. I can’t recommend Matt and his programs enough!!“

“Xcel was recommended to me for agility classes and I cannot say enough good things about it! Machell is such a great trainer and my dog has gotten so good at agility thanks to her. Classes are small, everyone is friendly, and it’s a welcoming environment. Whether you are looking to compete or just want a fun activity to do with your dog, I highly recommend Xcel!“

“Always 5 stars! Friendly paws is genuinely my dog’s favorite place other than our home. My dog gets so excited to go to daycare and runs towards our car to leave, only downside is that he doesn’t like leaving daycare ? The employees and owner truly care about your pets and treat them like their own.“
