When we called this company, the office was very helpful and worked hard to fit us in the same day. They first offered an after-hours plumbing appointment and clearly explained the extra fee, which we appreciated. Then they adjusted the schedule and managed to send a plumber during regular business hours, which saved us that added cost. Cole arrived promptly, found the issue fast, and repaired the leak efficiently. Since then, we have also had them install a new water heater and complete the plumbing work for a new kitchen sink. Each time, the plumbers have been professional, skilled, and easy to work with. It is not always easy to find a dependable plumber in Dunmore, but this team has been responsive, fair with pricing, and focused on customer service. We highly recommend them for leak repair, water heater installation, kitchen plumbing, and general plumbing needs.”
