I put in an online request for a quote, got a call the next day, they came out that week to do the estimate (which took about 20 min), and that evening I had a quote from them. There was ZERO pressure from them, and they never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Their price was completely fair and there were no games and no hidden expenses. When they came to do the job, the office manager was there. If we needed a new board they took pictures and checked with us before replacing it. There was a minor miscommunication on a Saturday morning where the gutter installers were a little confused about the job. I called the office manager, and she came out right away to make sure the job was done right even though we had figured it out over the phone. The day after the work was done it rained quite hard and the roof and gutters worked perfectly! If you need roof work, do yourself a favor and just call them.“
