The guy is disciplined in the both the way he teaches and the way he trains. Sensei Alexander is a tried and tested Pro MMA fighter, BJJ competitor, and kickboxing fighter! Needless to say Sensei is an incredible instructor at both kids and adults skill levels. “I was introduced to Action Karate Oreland when a friend invited me to a “Bring a Friend for Free” class. At first, I attended simply because I was invited and wanted to spend time with my friend. I didn’t think karate was for me as I am a 60-year-old woman and not in the best shape. But the center quickly won me over with its incredible staff, supportive students, and thoughtful approach to training.
