I am so lucky to have been told about the women empowered and the combatives programs at this dojo. Everyone steps on the mat ready to learn and have fun, but still take it seriously. Everyone who's there with you--classmates, sensei, coaches--are eager to teach and help you get better at your own pace. They're all willing and eager to help and teach you with understanding and patience. It was a wonderful suprise to join something and realize how quickly it became my safe space. If you're considering joining, just try it; you'll only regret it if you don't try!

We have had an amazing experience at this dojo! The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly care about each student’s growth, both in karate and in life. They do a wonderful job teaching discipline, respect, confidence, and perseverance while making classes fun and engaging for the kids.

My children look forward to every class and have gained so much confidence since joining. The instructors create a welcoming, supportive environment where every student feels valued and motivated to do their best.

I’ve gone here for 7 years and I love it! They have a variety of weapons, self defense techniques and more! Instructors are amazing and very encouraging! 5 stars across the board!
