“This was my first experience taking both of my dogs to Petco to get groomed and Rayann at the grooming department made it the best experience ever!! Rayann did an amazing job on both of my dogs. It was the best haircut they ever had. Plus… she gave me great tips and info on switching my dogs to a different much more healthier dog food than I was using for my furry besties!! “We love Walker’s Pet Hotail! Our Charlie is loving but sometimes particular and Walkers welcomes him with open arms. He has been to daycare and boarded and has always left happy and TIRED. Its very clean, no smells, and the receptionist is always so pleasant. I do make phone calls and check on him when boarded and they are always willing to give a quick update. The play areas have indoor and outdoor spaces with 3 separate play areas depending on size and personality. They also have small play areas and walking paths for the pups who enjoy their alone time. Ive never boarded a cat however their homes appear comfy, clean, and a lot of window space for the cats to peer out. Go in for a tour and see for yourself!“

“I boarded two of my dogs here in October 2023 when I went away on vacation! I was interested in this place because it’s close to my house but I also loved that the owners live right on the property and are right there with the dogs! I knew they would be in great hands and well taken care of! I also love that they take pictures daily when they play with your dogs and post them on Facebook so it’s like you’re watching them too! I called a few times to check in and they always answered!!! Next time I go away I will definitely be bringing them back here and I would recommend this place to others too!!“

“Great people. I have a Rottweiler that wasn’t to social at first but with a couple of the dog sit means sit training package that I had. She became more open and now is enjoying herself with people. I am obsessed with the training they do because they care and very much knowledgeable about that they do.“

“6 years, 3 different training facilities, CBD, and doggie Prozac with no results. We were so desperate to find help for our girl so we decided to stop in to Convergent and just have a conversation. Dog training is not “one size fits all” and this was the first time that a trainer listened to what we needed and built a program specifically for our dog. Chip did a free evaluation which consisted of him coming to my home to really get to know and understand my dog in her environment. One of the previous trainers we hired took $150 for an in home evaluation, told me to get a can of pet corrector and a prong collar for a dog with fear and anxiety. We made the decision to go all in and take a chance on Chip, Brittney and team and the results have been amazing! We have gone from a dog that would lunge at cars, bark at birds and leaves and anything that move, and lose her sh!t if we had to pass another dog to a calm, well behaved dog that stays at my hip with no pulling. She is still a work in progress and Chip continues to spend time with us outside of the facility. We even take trips to Home Depot and I got a compliment from a stranger about how well trained my dog was. Never in a million years would I have thought we could even step foot inside a store with my dog. Chip and team have given us a dog that we can now enjoy instead of keeping her locked up in the house. They also offered to work with my other dog that needs a few manner adjustments. You will not be disappointed with this team and you will see results because they care.“

“I adopted a very reactive, anxious boy last May and after trying and failing to figure out how to calm him down, I contacted Pawsitive K-9 Behavior School. It was the best decision I could have made. By the end of two classes, he was on his way to becoming a very different guy. We have now finished the five full day sessions and two home visits, and he is a much more confident, well behaved guy. The thing I really love is how they explain the psychology behind the things they teach the dogs. I just can’t say enough good things and highly recommend this school.“

“Matt has been amazing with my paco. I am so happy we connected. He is training paco through play and you can tell paco is so receptive to it. Paco is a blue heeler and is weary of strangers but Matt and him bonded right away!! I got to visit paco while he was in training cause it was his birthday while he was there (which was so nice) and he has improved so much. You can tell he totally trusts Matt and I can tell Matt gave my little man a lot of confidence. He was also listening to me too so it’s not like he just listens to Mat. I agree with his approach to training because he truly cares about the dog above all and working with the dog. I also love how he lives every day life with them and doesnt pressure the dogs. It’s so laid back and loving. Like one Sunday they were watching the Steelers game while paco was just chilling with them taking a little break from training. Seriously can’t say enough good things about the set up. Thanks Matt for taking amazing care of paco taco!!!“

“I've been taking my dog to Chubby Puppy for several years now. She is a pit bull, & Chubby has helped her be socialized. She gets excited when I tell her we're going there. She goes twice a week. I've also had to take her everyday when my work schedule changed. They are very accommodating. Prices are reasonable. I've also taken her there for classes. My niece takes her 2 dogs there also. One of them is deaf with vision issues. They only take so many dogs each day. They have so many regulars. I've used other daycares & they are over crowded. I highly recommend them.“

“Pet Palace is full of dog-loving staff! The staff pays attention and meets his needs each day he is at daycare. He has a big personality and loves going to daycare where he receives lots of love and attention.“

“The manager at this location eased all of my worries. They are very attentive and well trained staff members. I had questions about the staff being trained on “social cues”. My pupper will never take it upon himself to rest, if there are other dogs playing, he will just keep going. I was worried that if I left him for long periods of time, he would over exert himself. After watching the cameras, I noticed a dog kept trying to hump and would not leave my dog alone. The staff intervened quickly and even separated the other dog from mine. I was happy and relieved to see that they pay attention. They pair dogs that play well together. Seeing my dog was kinda tired, they knew he would not like being jumped on by a high energy dog. They also do not accept dogs who have underlying behavioral issues which makes me feel at ease. My 100lb big baby does not have a mean/bite reaction he will just allow the other dog to take charge which is when I would step in and stick up for him. Thank you dog stop for giving us a safe place for our baby!!!“

“Xcel is an Excellent place to take your dog. Highly recommended!! The trainers are excellent and are really helpful if your dog has certain issues that need addressed. My dog and I look forward to going here each week. Lots of fun!!! We just signed up for more classes.“
