“We had a great experience here for grooming with Nyx! We were nervous going anywhere for our Australians Shepherd since she has a double coat and it was her first time, but she groomed our girl perfectly! No notes. We will be going back 🫶🏽“

The Dog Stop - Carnegie Pet Boarding Training

“My dog (she is an older puppy) has been attending for about 8 weeks because of my extended work hours. I wasn't really sure about the whole idea of daycare at first , but I can watch her and when I have questions, the staff answers them. They know my dog by name and they know the others too.

It was a short term solution, but I think I am going to keep her enrolled through the summer on my office days because she does seem to like it there.“

Paws In The Park Pet Boarding Training

“Pierogi, Pickles, & Iggy had a blast at their first boarding stay at Paws in the Paws. The owners Kyle & Tammy were both ER Vet Techs. That made me extremely confident leaving my beloved pets with them. I like their boarding facility. Their home is in the front. The kennel is in back. They have a big dog area & space seperate for the smaller dogs. They have a huge astrotuff play yard for group play & individual time with staff. My Doberman is a Service dog & unaltered. Many places wont accept unaltered males. I paid a small fee for staff to take him out by himself every day to play. For healthy growth Im waiting to neuter until age 2 so Im glad I had them as an option. We also had our two small dogs there. They boarded them together. Discount for same kennel too! The staff took them out as well to play since my Italian Greyhound is 7LBs with snap like a twig delicate legs. Our Dachshund played with him since I dont want other dogs running over the Wein's back. Paws in the Park has very fair pricing. Some of these other places are stupid expensive with rules that make you not want to be bothered with the hassle. Pierogi has tapped ears. Another place told me I couldnt bring him there in posts. Kyle had no issue with it. I had a friend close by too if his ears needed redone anyway. I was very pleased at pickup as well. Marina their employee that has worked there for 4 yrs was a sweetheart!!! Great with people & the dogs. She actually took a few minutes for each dog to give me a full report card about how they ate, played, & behaved while there. She personally had taken my dogs out for a lot of their 1 on 1 interactions. She genuinely seemed like she enjoyed them which made me feel good as an owner. They played but they mostly wanted to love on her & be cuddled. Ill pay for that too knowing that made them happy at their stay. They keep detailed notes on each pet on file. They returned all of my dogs items clean in a bag. Even the dogs were cleaner than I expected at P/U being in a kennel a week. I bathe them anyway coming home from a space thats shared with other dogs. They took some awesome pics of my boys! They also board cats. They have a cat area in their home away from the dogs which is less stressful for kitties. Im going away international come fall. Ill be calm knowing theyre in good hands!“

Friendly Paws Pet Resort, LLC Pet Boarding Training

“Always 5 stars! Friendly paws is genuinely my dog’s favorite place other than our home. My dog gets so excited to go to daycare and runs towards our car to leave, only downside is that he doesn’t like leaving daycare ? The employees and owner truly care about your pets and treat them like their own.“

“We started our dog in daycare as a puppy for socialization. A year and a half later, he continues to go about once a week because he love it so much. He comes home absolutely exhausted which is a huge bonus! The people there are great and really seem to love these dogs. I absolutely recommend The Dog Stop Allison park :)“

Pawsitive K9 Behavior School Pet Boarding Training

“We highly recommend Pawsitive K9! We reached out about our 6 year old golden doodle, Gatsby, who has some reactivity around kids and struggles with resource guarding of certain things. From the start, Bridget explained the game plan of what it would look like to work through these issues. Since she has started working with him we have been amazed by how much he has grown in his impulse control and overall behavior! He is capable of more than we could have imagined with her help. We did the 5 day camp k9 training package and are getting ready to start group classes with other dogs. Communication from Bridge is always clear with his homework, she has definitely tailored the training plan to fit his needs (e.g. bringing in her young son, who is an awesome helper, for our dog to safely work with getting comfortable with kids both at our home and the training facility), and she is responsive when we have questions between training sessions. We feel so comfortable when Gatsby is at training, as we know Bridget and the team are passionate about their work and tuned in to his specific needs. We are exciting to continue our training with Bridget and continue to see our pup grow!“

“My partner and I were nervous about my dog’s grooming appointment because we had a horrible experience at a big chain groomer. We were so pleased with how our shih tzu was returned to us! He looked so nice! The facility is clean and the staff are very friendly. Thank you so much to the groomer, Michaela. I recommend this place 100%!“

341 Amabell St, Pittsburgh
Cochran K9 Training Pet Boarding Training

“I had my 8 month old puppy board and train with Matt. He wasn’t “bad” but needed some obedience and leash training so that we could live the active lifestyle that I have in a more controlled but still fun way. Matt is AWESOME!! He cares about his program dogs, treats them like his own, and truly loves what he does. After a month, my lab came back being able to walk off leash, able to be around people and settle on his own, and responsive to the commands. I can’t recommend Matt and his programs enough!!“
