3910 Saw Mill Run Blvd, Pittsburgh“Finding the right training program can feel overwhelming, but choosing Sit Means Sit for my puppy, Remy, was the absolute best decision. From day one, the entire team has been professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and deeply invested in both Remy’s success and my confidence as a handler.
> The results speak for themselves. In a short amount of time, Remy’s focus, impulse control, and overall obedience have improved dramatically—even around heavy distractions. The training methods are clear, consistent, and structured in a way that makes learning fun for a high-energy dog. More importantly, it has completely transformed our daily routine and given me the practical tools to navigate everyday situations with total peace of mind.
> If you are on the fence about investing in dog training, I cannot recommend Sit Means Sit enough. They truly set both ends of the leash up for long-term success.“

2180 Ridge Rd, South Park“If you want peace of mind while you’re away, I highly recommend Paws in the Park. My dog loves going there so much he doesn’t even look back at me when I drop him off! Definitely the best boarding place around. 🐶✨look how happy he is at Paws.“

5647 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks“Always 5 stars! Friendly paws is genuinely my dog’s favorite place other than our home. My dog gets so excited to go to daycare and runs towards our car to leave, only downside is that he doesn’t like leaving daycare ? The employees and owner truly care about your pets and treat them like their own.“

1632 William Flinn Hwy, Glenshaw“We started our dog in daycare as a puppy for socialization. A year and a half later, he continues to go about once a week because he love it so much. He comes home absolutely exhausted which is a huge bonus! The people there are great and really seem to love these dogs. I absolutely recommend The Dog Stop Allison park :)“

560 McNeilly Rd, Pittsburgh“We highly recommend Pawsitive K9! We reached out about our 6 year old golden doodle, Gatsby, who has some reactivity around kids and struggles with resource guarding of certain things. From the start, Bridget explained the game plan of what it would look like to work through these issues. Since she has started working with him we have been amazed by how much he has grown in his impulse control and overall behavior! He is capable of more than we could have imagined with her help. We did the 5 day camp k9 training package and are getting ready to start group classes with other dogs. Communication from Bridge is always clear with his homework, she has definitely tailored the training plan to fit his needs (e.g. bringing in her young son, who is an awesome helper, for our dog to safely work with getting comfortable with kids both at our home and the training facility), and she is responsive when we have questions between training sessions. We feel so comfortable when Gatsby is at training, as we know Bridget and the team are passionate about their work and tuned in to his specific needs. We are exciting to continue our training with Bridget and continue to see our pup grow!“

195 Toms Run Rd, Pittsburgh“We’ve been taking our dog Lucy to canine cabins for over a year now. She has seen Abbie multiple times and saw Madi today! Both girls are lovely! Lucy was nervous the first time she went and abbie told us she literally got into the sink with her to make her more comfortable! So, when I say they do the most for your dogs, they do! My husband did drop off and pick up for her appointment today with Madi and said she was so bubbly and excited to meet Lucy! Both girls do a fabulous job on the grooming portion as well, Lucy is a mini Australian Shepard, and lives basically on a farm chasing chickens everyday. So, to say we’ve taken her looking rough at times is an understatement. Everytime the girls have been more than gracious and truly take their time on Lucy to make sure she leaves perfect. And that she does. the cherry on top of canine cabins is their super sweet personalized dog bone fridge magnet they sent around Christmas, thanking you for their support. This is why I LOVE supporting small businesses. In all we truly cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s beautiful, well maintained and the workers are top notch! We are so lucky they are around the corner from us!“

341 Amabell St, Pittsburgh“We're grateful of our experience with the 10-day package of day school for our 6 month chocolate Lab, Seamus. Behavioral and obedience improvements were evident after one day. After each session, Matt taught us how to connect w/Seamus and reenforce the base knowledge that he'd instilled through the training, an aspect of dog training often overlooked. We're an experienced Lab family and Matt delivered what other trainers only promised with our other Labs. Seamus has now graduated to mentor dog and we couldn't be happier with the progress. We never expected to have a Lab this well behaved at what is now 7 months. Thanks Matt!“

Jean and Marty are fantastic with dogs and extremely knowledgeable. I trust that my dog is very well supervised and cared for at their facility.
Photo is evidence of a very content Frida after a day spent playing with her puppy friends.“

“We had a great experience here for grooming with Nyx! We were nervous going anywhere for our Australians Shepherd since she has a double coat and it was her first time, but she groomed our girl perfectly! No notes. We will be going back 🫶🏽“
