We use the self-washing service and it's really helpful to have that space to ourselves when we're giving all three dogs a bath. It's also convenient that they provide everything; shampoo, brushes, towels. No doubt we will keep using this service.”

“Jay and her daughter are wonderful animal lovers. I have been using this kennel for 20 plus years and they have always been super nice to my boxers over the years. My latest is now almost 12 and white named Louie . He is Feisty one but they manage him well. They take extra care with his quirks. Nothing but good experiences. They give a groom each stay and he comes out smelling so wonderful and nails clipped. Don’t know why some bad reviews. Doesn’t not make sense to me.”

“We had 3 sessions with Penny for our fearful dog Jax. She gave us many exercises and tools to practice with him in order to build his confidence and reduce his exposure and reaction to triggers. Jax's issues are too wide-ranging to fully "fix" in just a couple of sessions, but with the tools we received and the behavioral medication we plan to start with our vet, I feel we are better prepared to continue the extensive work he needs to feel safe and stable.”
