We would not take our dogs anywhere else. The attention, care, professional knowledge, combined with flexibility and reasonable prices are unmatched in the Pittsburgh area. We use PPS for boarding and daycare. Most importantly, our dogs LOVE it there. We call it their happy place.

Wow this place is incredible! We took our 3 pups here today for the first time and we were hands down blown away! The pups had a great spa day and we are happy customers! Our dog appeared to be well taken care of. Just disappointed that it was so difficult to check on the dog. When you called the voicemail box is full. When you text no response. Email no response. Finally after hours, received a response via messenger. Just feel it should be a little easier to at least leave a message a f get a response.
