“We hired Munz to do a kitchen expansion and remodel in addition to construction of a new covered staircase outside of the back door. We could not be happier with the final product.

Our experience started with Bryan, the designer at Munz, who helped us to map out the final design and provided many excellent suggestions for enhancements that optimized the functionality and efficient use of space in our new kitchen. Bryan also made many aesthetic recommendations that enhanced the beauty of the space.

The Munz construction team, led by our Project Manager, Mike, made our long-anticipated home improvement dream come true. We cannot emphasize enough how professional, responsive, and patient Mike was in answering all of our questions and accommodating our requests. Mike went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied. The teams he assembled for each stage of the build were professional, respectful, and skilled. We genuinely enjoyed working with Mike and his teams.

With this project having just wrapped up last month, we are already planning for another project and we intend to hire Munz again. We strongly recommend Munz construction and try to get Bryan and Mike as your designer and project manager respectively!“

“After searching around and looking at the work of a few contractors we contacted Mike from KPI Jr about a complete exterior renovation of our home in Fairless Hills. We had scheduled 3 contractors for estimates and of the 3 one did not show up, Mike gave us an estimate and we had one more estimate. The other estimate did not include the extras that we added on after deciding to go with Mike and that estimate was over $20k higher than Mike. This led me to believe that Mike may have missed something. We scrutinized the estimate with Mike and did some digging and we hired Mike. In the scope of our project there will be obstacles and we have had some but Mike has been careful to handle these professionally and did his best to make sure we were happy with the results. We are just about 95% complete and my wife and I are very happy with our decision to go with KPI jr. I highly recommend him to handle your construction needs.“

“Had a window broken during one of the many windstorms this spring, went to a local glass shop, they specialize in glass showers not windows. Uncle bob's was kind enough to recommend R&R, I called, brought the window over , normally a morning drop would be ready that afternoon. The in house repair guy was on an emergency house call, so mine wouldn't be ready until next afternoon. Got a call that evening, will be ready for pick up 8: AM. Did I mention the opening at my house was during the recent heatwave. Had the window back in place by 10 AM. I won't hesitate to return for my window repair needs, not to mention recommending R&R to anyone else that could use glass replacement. Cost was very reasonable especially the short turnaround time“
