I had my Primary home windows newly installed from KPI Jr LLC. Mike is very kind and helping. When ordered window arrived we saw one window glass was broken from corner. He got the new window replaced for us. He also helped fix the leaks found on windows and he also worked with township to get all the necessary approvals. Mike always help with all of my inquiries and it always enjoying to work with Mike.

I had a very positive experience with Mike and KPI Jr. Exteriors. In particular, the customer service was outstanding. I had an emergency service call because a gutter behind my home cracked from ice and snow, and it was hanging from the second level of my home to my deck on a windy day, a potentially dangerous situation for anyone standing near my back door.The work was finished early the next morning, and the price was fair, especially for such quick service. Mike from KPI Jr Exteriors was excellent, his ability to explain the processes and possible issues that may be found during demo was amazing. We placed a third down and was scheduled to start with in a weeks time. Dumpster and supplies deliveries happen the day before scheduled date. The crew came early wrapped the house with a tarp and started demo, the crew was great, polite and professional. Less than 8 hours later we had a new roof with the grounds cleared of debris and nails… A lot easier to do with the tarps… Overall- the experience was great and we were pleased with the results!
