“Rob Fortunato came out to our home to measure and prepare a proposal for replacement French doors. Rob was consummately polite, friendly and informative. He walked us through the entire product and process, explaining the door construction and how it would be installed. We ultimately didn't move forward with the door - because we were able to get our existing door, which we thought was a lost cause, working perfectly again via a very affordable lock service technician. But if we need replacement doors or windows in the future, we would certainly ask for Rob to come out again.“
