“Accurate Roofing did an incredible job replacing the 40-year old roof and gutter system on our modified cape and replacing the flashing and custom wooden shingles on all three of the dormers. This was a complex job on a very steep roof and every single wooden shingle had to be measured and hand cut to fit on the dormers. Thomas did an excellent job explaining all of the options for the project and every step of the process in detail before starting the job. He provided recommendations based on what was needed and never tried to upsell any aspect of the project— to the contrary. He clearly identified ways to defer certain aspects of the project if needed to meet budget constraints. We decided to move forward with all elements of the project and he managed to get the job started within less than one week of signing the contract and then finished the work under the pressure of an incoming snowstorm. We paid a reasonable and fair price for the project and the high degree of craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the completed work. Thomas was on site to answer any questions repeatedly through the project and was clearly ensuring that the work was completed to his exacting standards.
