He was the nicest guy with the best price and he didn't try selling me cheaper grade materials at a lower price & warranty as an option like some of the other roofers did! He uses top end materials that will last the longest and perform the best. We had our old chimney stuccoed and fixed, new attic fan, gable vents installed, house roof (w/ridge vent), deck roof, entrance roof and shed roof (also w/ridge vent) done in a very timely manner (the main roofs were all done in 1 day!). My wife and I both agree that Jeff Cabrera is the nicest, most caring person we've ever hired for work on our house. He takes extreme pride in his work and only knows how to do things right and wants to see you happy with the job from the beginning to clean up! We have nothing but compliments from our neighbors on how good our house looks and we have been recommending and giving his phone # to everyone.“
