“We love preferred home improvement!! We had to urgently convert our dining room into a bedroom for an elderly family member. I called and Mike came out THE SAME DAY to take measurements and within a week we had a bedroom. The workers were so kind and made sure to take into account all of our grandmother’s needs. They took care of everything from protecting our flooring to cleaning up. PHI understood our circumstances and got right to work. It took such a worry off our shoulders! They even made it temporary so that it will be easy to convert back one day. We have two more projects in the works and I can’t wait to see how they turn out. We will always use preferred!!”
