When faced with a slight hiccup in the repairs, the were calm, and saw the problem through till they found the solution (a past repair job had a new wire going to the well instead of the one bundled with the original wiring. They did a great job and saw the job through to completion. Awesome work.”

“I've been working with Stiff Oil for 2 and 1/2 years. They are always nice and easy to deal with. They have lots of information about funding for people who can't afford oil. They get our deliveries to us in an expedited manner when we are running low on fuel. I've never had a problem with this company. The only issue I've heard others complaining about is there a minimum delivery. If you want less oil than their minimum delivery you have to pay a delivery fee of $55. So if I'm running out of oil and I only have $300, they take 55 and put the rest in my oil tank. I'm aware that other oil companies operate this way as well. So other than that nothing bad to say.”

I asked to have a water filter unit replaced it was in the home when purchased, the filters were as much as a new unit.
