“I had a very pleasant experience with Mack. I recently bought into the Pocono area, and my house came electric heatpumps that use an old obsolete AUX heat system called hydro kinnetix. I could not find any paperwork online, nor could i find any HVAC companies in the area who knew anything about it. I called Mack to come over any simply inspect my system. He assured me that he would NOT be the type of contractor who rings up a sky high bill or replace anything in the system that isnt broken. Mack came over on time and was very thorough in explaining how my entire system worked, and that everything was in great condition. He checked the freon levels and ran a couple tests on the systems. He told me he was happy with how my system performed and assured me he would get his hands on the documentation for the AUX heat system. In the end he charged me for 1 hour of labor and i found it all to be VERY REASONABLE. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.“

“These guys are the best in the business in the Pocono region. When we bought our house in 2018 the A/C systems was one of the major repairs we needed. We had an emergency and they were the ones that came thru not only quickly but without gaslighting & breaking the bank. Since then we never looked any further they continue to be our go to for any HVAC need. Most recently they got me out of a jam when my house being up for sale, empty broke the water expansion tank and also the heating system started acting out within 48 hours the issue was resolved.
