“Hal has done all of our plumbing work ever since my father ( a former plumber) has past away. Hal is fast to respond to fix the problem at hand. He also does quality work. I asked to have a water filter unit replaced it was in the home when purchased, the filters were as much as a new unit. Hal looked at the job at hand came in replaced the unit with a filter unit ran a new line to our refrigerator in what seemed to be in no time at all. “In 7 years since my house was finished, we went thru 2 Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters. They are prone to leaks, and no one wants to attempt to fix them. I called several plumbers that have been recently mentioned, but no one would even replace them with new. Finally found a neighborhood Plumber. Can within an hour of calling him, told me of a better brand, came the following afternoon with his son, corrected some bad plumbing and installed the heater within a few hours. “Our water heater started to leak. It had a year remaining on the warranty. Tom contacted the manufacturer and got a $200 credit towards the purchase of a replacement. Installed today, no problems, and quite reasonably priced. A local home center wanted $600 more for the same work. Tom also changed out a whole house water filter during the installation. Would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs, like heat pumps. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I had a very pleasant experience with Mack. I recently bought into the Pocono area, and my house came electric heatpumps that use an old obsolete AUX heat system called hydro kinnetix. I could not find any paperwork online, nor could i find any HVAC companies in the area who knew anything about it. I called Mack to come over any simply inspect my system. He assured me that he would NOT be the type of contractor who rings up a sky high bill or replace anything in the system that isnt broken. Mack came over on time and was very thorough in explaining how my entire system worked, and that everything was in great condition. He checked the freon levels and ran a couple tests on the systems. He told me he was happy with how my system performed and assured me he would get his hands on the documentation for the AUX heat system. In the end he charged me for 1 hour of labor and i found it all to be VERY REASONABLE. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.“

“I was very disappointed as I have been using Day and Night for a number of years and they were always OK for delivery at a reasonable price. I ordered a tank fill online at a rate of $1.74 per gallon and my card was billed $478.23 as I have a 275 gallon tank. The company never showed up to deliver until about a week and 1/2 later and then only filled my tank 1/2 way and charged me 20 cents more per gallon. Now, if I would like to fill the rest of the tank, the rate it $2.77 per gallon? After 5 emails and various phone calls with no one answering at the business office, this company is obviously having some problems based upon recent reviews. Do not trust them. They also do not disclose an administrative fee of $11.99 that they charge with each delivery regardless of volume.Update- due to COVID 19, the company was experiencing difficulties with remote management of the phone and they corrected the entire situation when they discovered what had happened. Once again, I am a satisfied long term customer and glad they made good on all promises!“
