Stiff Oil Co. is a locally owned business known for its exceptional customer service. Customers praise the friendly and helpful staff, from those answering calls to the delivery drivers and technicians. While their oil prices may not always be the lowest, customers find the service quality more than compensates. The company has a reputation for professionalism and responsiveness, especially in emergency situations.
I have been with them for about 3yrs and I have no complaints. Their pricing is competitive and sometimes worth paying a little extra for service. Don’t bother with the bigger local ones that say they will see what they can do. They have always come through and even coming on the same day! Support your local mom and pop businesses! Thank you guys as you are exceptional. A++++
I am very pleased with the quick delivery service I received from Stiff Oil today. I had placed an order on 12/21/25 with another company and they failed to deliver my order 12 days later. I called Stiff on an emergency and within 24 hours they delivered a full tank of oil to me without charging an emergency delivery fee. Allison in their office was not only polite, but reassured me that I wouldn’t run out of oil before they could deliver.
I am extremely grateful for their prompt response to an emergency situation and I will continue to patronize their business.
I've been working with Stiff Oil for 2 and 1/2 years. They are always nice and easy to deal with. They have lots of information about funding for people who can't afford oil. They get our deliveries to us in an expedited manner when we are running low on fuel. I've never had a problem with this company. The only issue I've heard others complaining about is there a minimum delivery. If you want less oil than their minimum delivery you have to pay a delivery fee of $55. So if I'm running out of oil and I only have $300, they take 55 and put the rest in my oil tank. I'm aware that other oil companies operate this way as well. So other than that nothing bad to say.
