I will second the last review that I saw on here. I had to order a pilot solenoid that was leaking gas over the holidays and Patterson-Kelley was closed for the week. I get wanting to spend time with family but when boilers go down in a cold climate it is a major deal. When I was finally able to get help locating the part they said they could possibly get it shipped in 7 days but would not guarantee that. Please at least have a parts break down on your website so that those of us that are working can order the part to get our customers heat again. Any other boiler manufacturer gets it that it is a critical piece of equipment that needs to be running.
