I had Dave come over said he fixed my HVAC unit only lasted 2 days called back came over said it was fixed lasted 1 week. Called back the third time said they would be back on Friday never showed called them back they said they would be back on Monday never showed. Then I get a text from Dave stating to use a different company. I’ve never in my 55 years of dealing with 3rd party contractors have seen anything like this, they should change the integrity name there is nothing integrity about this company. This is the worst HVAC company I’ve ever delt with, and I’m a retired engineer from NY. Save yourself the trouble and headache stay away from this company.

I am so sad to write a negative review but I hope it spares someone the stress this company has put me through since Feb.10.I am the legal guardian of a loved one who is incapacitated. Their furnace broke a few times this winter and their live in aide called a separate company who kept coming in to replace parts but urged her to replace it as it will continue to break and there is no reason to keep putting band aids and money into it.When I became my loved one's guardian, due to her former guardian being hospitalized with severe complications from Covid-19, (eventually receiving double lung transplant) I learned she had an account with American Home Sheild.After calling...read full review
