They worked with limited attic space and did a good install. Our Trane heat pump arrived with a defect that became apparent a week later. Sam made a good choice in replacing the heat pump under warranty instead of attempting a field repair.“

Acri and Son, Jen answered and and confidently stated that they could install the thermostat. Chris came out to install the thermostat and was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. “I work with Kasey for my HVAC needs, and in this case, an emergency hot water heater install. He was recommended to my by a good Friend who owns a small business, who said he was Honest and Fair. Kasey actually turned out to be even better than that. He also seems to make himself available quickly for emergency service whenever he can. In my case, we were without hot water, and I have two teenage daughters. Not a great situation. He came over immediately and tried to fix the problem, and when it couldn't be repaired, did a replacement for me the next day. For a VERY reasonable price, even if this wasn't a rush service, which is certainly was.

I also work as a contractor, and I know the importance of finding someone who is good at their job, charges a fair price, and takes pride in their work- all of which Kasey does, on every job. As a Dad, I know something even more important- I trust Kasey in my Home with my Family. This is NOT something I take lightly.
