“If you have an issue with your heater, this is the company you should call. We have had issues with our heating system for years. We had our unit serviced every year and the service company just kept guessing and did not offer to really try to find the issue. Edwin came and checked every way to see why the unit wasnt working properly. He came the day before this snow storm on the weekend because he wanted to make sure my family had a working furnace. He was able to find out the cause of the problem and was able to fix it just in time. We were freezing and had space heaters and electric blankets because we were not sure if it woukd be fixed in time. If you need work done from an honest company, give Edwin a call. He will take his time and figure out if it needs to be fixed or replaced. Oh and he explained everything that he checked and the cause of the problem. Trust me this company is honest and very reasonable. We will definatly call in him if we ever have any or heating/air-conditioning issue.“

My latest call was in regards to a plumbing problem— specifically the fact that my kitchen sink decided to take a permanent vacation while we were international.. I made the call and next day we had Mark come out to our home, he diagnosed the problem and with in a couple weeks (through our choice) Mark came back out to do a full install for our sink and faucet!! “My wife and I moved into our new house on Main Street Saturday. Monday night some boiler sensors went out on our radiators. Long story short our whole house started to leak from basement to 3rd floor. Their emergency services were ready to take our call at 9:30 at night. Jason walked us through how to shut off the boiler and step by step to keep further damage from happening.

Fast forward to next morning less than 12 hours after the initial call took place Zimmerman’s had a technician in route to come take a look. Justin greeted us with a friendly smile and was master class in knowledge of our boiler and issues taking place. After a short time he discovered the reason for our problems. Soon enough we had a quote to fix our boiler.

Not ready to jump ship and push our emergency to another day he asked if he could fix the boiler now. Justin worked for 2-3 hours until the boiler was up and running. Testing it multiple times to ensure it was functioning properly.

Did I mention this all went down on 12/22 and 12/23 right before Christmas. I can’t thank Zimmerman’s enough for saving our holiday season and making us feel safe in our new home!“
